3.5 Account Updates. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Notify FC78 support immediately if any of your registered details change.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your FC78 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.2 FC78 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from FC78 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to FC78 support immediately.

4.4 FC78 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. FC78 may require 2FA for certain account actions, including large withdrawals.
4.5 FC78 reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. FC78 will notify the account holder as soon as reasonably practicable following any such suspension.
FC78 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. All deposits must be made in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. FC78 does not accept deposits from credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. FC78 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. 6.4 Only one bonus may be active on an FC78 account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Players must opt in to bonuses where required — bonuses will not be applied retroactively to deposits made before opting in.
6.5 FC78 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds where it is determined that a player was ineligible for the promotion or obtained the bonus through fraudulent means.

12.1 FC78 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where FC78 reasonably believes that:
12.2 Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, FC78 reserves the right to void any pending bets and forfeit any bonus funds. Real money balances will be returned to the player after deducting any amounts owed to FC78, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification.
12.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting FC78 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method.
13.1 FC78 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, FC78 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the FC78 platform shall first be submitted to FC78's internal dispute resolution process. Players must contact FC78 support in writing and allow FC78 a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days to resolve the dispute before escalating to any external body.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through FC78's internal process, it may be referred to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) or such other competent regulatory authority as may have jurisdiction over the matter.
14.4 The parties agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
